This policy outlines the terms under which payments, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled at Skinheal Solutions. By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms stated below.
Advance Payment Policy
All initial consultations and certain treatment sessions require advance payment to confirm the booking.
An appointment is considered confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is booked and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted.
This ensures efficient scheduling and fair allocation of time for all patients.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
- Requests made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment may not be accommodated.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of slots.
No-Show Policy
If a patient fails to attend the scheduled appointment without prior notice, the payment made will be forfeited.
No refund or rescheduling will be provided in the case of a no-show.
Treatment Packages
For prepaid treatment packages:
- Payments made for treatment packages are non-refundable.
- Unused sessions may be adjusted within the validity period, subject to clinic discretion.
- Packages are non-transferable unless approved by clinic management.
Medicine Refund Policy
Refunds for medicines purchased from Skinheal Solutions will only be considered under the following conditions:
- The medicine must be returned in its original packaging.
- The seal must be intact and not broken.
- The product must be unused and in proper condition.
- The return request must be made within 48 hours of purchase.
Medicines with broken seals, damaged packaging, or signs of use will not be eligible for refund due to safety and hygiene regulations.
